WHY MUST WE HOLD US BACK ?

Let's start off by saying Happy holiday's to all and hope everyone is enjoying their families and friends . As we indulge in the fruits of celebrations thru out the world let us take a moment to ask god for the blessings of his holy hand to pass upon us and the countless families who are not as lucky as most of us in any condition . being displaced with no chance to save anything that is dearest to your hearts and souls ask him to lead us in recovery from this hurricane (not a storm )as we all rebuild from this amazing tragedy . The winter months are here upon us now and its cold and windy out now . But it doesn't seem to stop the most unheard of actions you can see or hear . I've been very busy for the last couple of months and haven't had the devoted time i need to straiten out my blog but this post will bring the light on the actions of destructions from my fellow afro-american brothers and sisters . To be honest iv'e had my own personal problems that i have been working on with tons of advice from my advisor Rachel Thompson concerning the welfare of my daughter in my eyes there are some things that the mother and i need to work out . Progressive thoughts and actions at times don't work so thought and extreme caution had to be taken where both parties me and the mother had to have a heart felt conversation about what we need to too do instead of what i think hoping to make a level plain of i listen but this is how i feel . this in hand my first gripe . Baby Mama Drama ,that's not my baby Daddy , why is it that we take our personal family issues and broadcast them via facebook or the worse yelling on the phone back and fourth . Tell me is there there no other way to get to people who were once in love or in deep enough of a relationship to make a child . Duh ! whats the problem ? in my case it took me to understand that by far besides whatever is burning with the adults the child or children is still the major topic once you can get this on the table and understood talking can begin . Ok let's jus say if i yelled and you yelled louder and it was over the phone with all the world too see and hear what would you say ? wow why that can't just talk about it ? big one there . Is it morals or pride is it a trait ? Pants Sagging , hear we go on a tricky gripe i have that is more of just pride more than anything . We must address ourselves as we want to be taken plain and simple . It's like this it's not that you went too jail it's that you might go back . But here is one of the thing's that really unsafe about running around all over the place and sitting on anything and your primary protection is your underwear's omg ! think of what just goes on in a nyc subway car everything from sex to waste urine kids shoes etc you get the picture . Tired slave look you guys are rolling up the pants legs or even worse cutting them like some hill billie no offense . Jeans and sweats and whatever you guys call your swag keep that then you go inside your homes and sit in your house on your beds and etc . Leggings , enough said it's not when or where you wear them its how you wear them . Who wants to see things most men don't get too see until marriage if they are lucky you get my drift . It has replaced the sweat pant which is cool for quick errands and such (soccer mom) urban areas or not respect the role of black woman and at least cover the most personal part of a ladies being . Retail Anguish , I encounter some of the most lack of respect fro very unlikely places the average check out counter of any store where someone of the same race providing all the defense , wow what else ? why is there a slight what are you doing here type of thing when its in a store that someone thinks that you can't make a purchase there. Or the ones who think just because you are a black male you're going to shop lift or even worse rob the place . Don't judge or prejudge me i this is one of the main gripes almost daily . Black on Black prejudice , From the start which i don't have a clue i can not recall openly seeing the in prejudice of a race such as afro americans (crabs in a barrel) wonder where that one came from ? oh yea we have to instill inner growth among our race uplift and encourage one another to improve and flourish in the main stream of things open up the system for others who wish to march the lines of rising out of stigma and plight and prejudgement . We must take this wonderful way of surviving and help each other rather its hiring or providing wisdom or knowledge to improve the total overall plain of life . the encounter must not be a outcome of negative but a chance at growth and improvement . how we deal with one another when it comes to deals and purchases is there no shame you will pay a higher price than help and contribute to a balancing of plains haggling over prices and the ultimate down grading of product . when will we turn the ears and eyes to the prize make the choice to follow the skies upward without prejudice spite and compassion .

Is this the end of our Afro-American being

Hi everyone, I'm so sorry i have  been a little behind on things today , not feeling well.. But lets get rite down to things starting with my visit to wells Fargo Bank in Harlem .Upon arriving to the bank i dropped my little one off to class and was in a very great mood,  my first check in hand from hire a helper.com as . My first gut was to take it too my bank but since the check was from wells Fargo i decided to stroll on in and rite away i said this is a nice bank .  Now i am on line . I'm next on line . And i didn't  bring the proper id, i only had my n.y. state id .and for some reason the teller was very , very rude and sent me away feeling less than a man . so  having to work and the holiday was up and coming , so i will just go on Wednesday . when this day comes after i take my baby to school i  went back into wells Fargo hoping not  to have contact with this teller again . As it being they did not accept my secondary photo id . but in the blink of the eye i was siting at a desk getting 1000.00 treatment with a 63.00 check wow what a difference . now i bank with wells Fargo thank you Patrice  Izzo job well done . sad thing is that day  1 wells Fargo teller was a Afro American woman day  was a white American lady why the deference in tactics?????????www.harlemexpressinc.com

Is this the end of our Afro-American being part 2

Why is that our area's are the most trash riddled  ? We have the same trash cans placed on our city corners or even more ..... So why is that i have  seen old and young alike dispose of their trash by simply just throwing it to the curb, the side walk ,where ever ...I'n light we are a kind that tend to be over dramatic st times . i' have said something at different times and always been met with a very nasty look and on several times words that i dare not repeat .  check my sight

Is this the end of our Afro-American being

check my site I'm really concerned about the way our culture is headed . with all the crazy stuff you here in our homes on the street's . is causing a uproar thru out . starting with the older folks . Whats going on is all i here , why are these young kids destroying a hard fought battle to be free of the stigma of that word nigger .... its so widely used i'm thinking it's in the dictionary as a common word .....
